GuardedGallery allows registered users to create and share photo albums with other users. Images and other media files uploaded by users are stored on AWS S3. The app provides secure access and sharing options to ensure privacy and control over shared content.
- You may log in to the Service using Google authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and password.
- You must be at least 15 years old to create an account, or you must have parental or guardian permission if you are under 15.
- By using the Service, you consent to our use of Google Analytics to collect information on how you interact with the app.
This information is used to improve the user experience and app performance.
- We store user-uploaded files on AWS S3, which is a third-party service. We take reasonable precautions to protect user data,
but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service.
- By uploading content to GuardedGallery, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute,
and reproduce your content within the app as intended by the Service. This license is necessary to operate the Service and will cease
when you delete the content or terminate your account.
- You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, inappropriate, or infringes upon others’ rights.
GuardedGallery reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate.
- When you share an album with other users, you grant them access to view the album’s content.
You are responsible for managing access settings and understanding the privacy implications of sharing.
- We recommend sharing only with trusted individuals, as GuardedGallery is not responsible for actions taken
by third parties who gain access to shared albums.
- All content and materials provided by GuardedGallery, including logos, graphics, and designs,
are the property of GuardedGallery and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without express permission.
- GuardedGallery is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain a secure and
functional Service, we make no warranties regarding the reliability, availability, or performance of the app.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or
from the inability to access it.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your access to the Service and content will cease. You may request deletion of your data by contacting
guardedgallery@gmail.com.
